FL&P started as a creative outlet from a mundane 9 to 5 job, and turned into a beautiful expression of promoting complete balance; mind, body and soul.
Meaghan is a Texas-born, Florida native who is currently soaking up the sun in Southern California. When she is not chasing around her red-headed daughter or making Puerto Rican food for her husband, you can find her at 5 am running hills in her neighborhood, sweating it out in a Bikram yoga practice or taking ginger shots with her friends. She loves soaking up the sun, taking pictures of sunsets and most importantly, making products for spiritual and loving souls.
